General Returns

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectations,  please feel free to contact us and email us a picture showing the problem/defect. In this way, we can improve our service quality and provide you with a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.

 

Returns Policy

 

All Purchases (except bikinis, accessories, lingeries, bras, final sale)) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any related expenses.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

 

Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to featach/featach.com  for a full refund.

Note: Products will not be considered damaged if their damages are only limited to the packing outside and the products remain intact.

Refund

The refund will be returned in 30 business days after receiving your returns. Please check your account after verification.

There might be a bit of a delay for your refund request because we usually handle it twice a week.

 

Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded before shipment:

- Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it has not been shipped.

- Your order could only be partially refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.
